Beat Swoopo Strategy: Bidding to Win on Swoopo
Now, I don’t like to go on and on about how much money I have saved people, but there are times to be frank. If you are not in the market to buy one of these products, don’t find yourself bidding on Swoopo. If you were going to go out and shop for a 42″ television, by all means, bid away, but don’t do it without a strategy. You do want to win, right?
I feel that there are plenty of people out there who bid on Swoopo just because they see a good deal. When you’re looking for a good deal, it’s probably because you can’t afford the product at the original price. That means, you don’t have the money to begin with. If you don’t have the money for the product at retail price, don’t bid.
The Beat Swoopo system for winning Swoopo auctions details when to bid, and how aggressively you should bid on certain products depending on the time of day, day of week, and even by specific products or brand names. Once you have the product, or day of week (or a blended average of both) you can determine when it is best to begin bidding.
If you purchase the newly updated Excel Sheet, you will be able to find the most up to date numbers for making decisions of when to bid on Swoopo’s biggest products. Here’s how Beat Swoopo works:
- Find a product within the Excel Sheet in the drop down.
- Look in the Excel workbook and select either that product, the category it falls under, the brand, or the day of the week it is (or any combination of those variables!)
- Find out at what discount off the retail price that product has sold at historically (this shows user behavior and key trends in bidding that should never be overlooked.)
- Wait for the auction to reach that discount before you begin bidding.
- This is probably the toughest part of the strategy. You may feel that you see some auctions slip through the cracks, but it’s the safest way for you not to get into a bidding war with another Swooper.
- When the auction hits that particular discounted rate, feel free to begin bidding because you know from the historical averages that you are about to win that auction!
As always, feel free to email me if you have any questions about the strategy or what it takes to win Swoopo auctions. Also, check out the Swoopo Strategy Guide Blog because your questions may have been answered!
